A freestanding structure engineered for larger-scale outdoor events for private & professional use. Designed and tested in Northumberland to a wind rating of Force 7, providing high-performance shelter that rises to the challenge of British weather conditions.

- Canvas: Heavy-duty 12oz British Regentex poly-cotton; waterproof, rot-proof, and UV-resistant.
- Frame: 13-pole system including 8 round-wood wall poles, 4 cruck poles, 1 ridge pole.
- Timber: Sustainably sourced Larch with stainless steel ridge pins; available in natural or blackened finishes.
- Hardware: 14 x 10mm synthetic hemp guy-ropes with spliced eyes; hand-turned larch tensioners; 4 handmade ash pegs and 14 steel ground stakes.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In Short
We want you to love your new Canvas Awning. If you have any issues with your purchase or notice any defects in the workmanship, please contact us immediately. We need to hear from you, in writing within 3 months of purchase.
The Longer version
We guarantee that we will, at our option, replace defective goods supplied by the us or repair the same, subject to a claim being made in writing to us within 3 months after the sale, time to be of the essence. Our obligations to repair or replace the goods is the sole liability of The Canvas Awning Company as regards the quality, fitness or description of the goods and their correspondence with sample or specification. All other representations, warranties, conditions, terms and statements, express or implied are excluded.
We will consider refunding the purchase price of defective goods supplied by us if a claim is made in writing to us within 3 months after the sale, these goods have not been used or damaged and replacement or repair is deemed unsuitable by us.
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage to property or persons howsoever arising from the sale, use or installation of the goods or from any defect in the goods. In no event shall any failure of any kind on the part of The Canvas Awning Company give rise to any liability for loss of revenue, or any other consequential loss or damage arising from any reason whatsoever except in so far as we are not permitted to exclude liability by law.
