  • Hire costs vary by size. For a weekend hire period:

    • 5m x 3m awning is £220 + delivery,

  • Our standard hire is based on a weekend rate, which typically covers setup a day or two before your event and takedown shortly after.

    If you wish to hire Canvas Awnings for an extended period, or want to request specific installation or collection dates, just ask.

  • A delivery fee is added to the base hire price. Professional installation & collection by our team is included in the quoted service.

  • The pitch size required for installation is larger than the awning itself to accommodate guy ropes. For example,

    • Compact 5m x 3m Canvas Awning requires a 7m x 5m clear area

    • Standard 6m x 4m Canvas Awning requires a 8m x 6m clear area

    • Large 8m x 6m Canvas Awning requires a 10m x 8m clear area

  • Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. Once paid, your event date and chosen structure are confirmed.

  • Public liability insurance is included in the hire package.

    As the hirer, you are responsible for the equipment during the hire period. We strongly recommend taking out event insurance to cover accidental loss or damage.

  • Cancellations made within a specific window (typically 14 days of booking) may be eligible for a refund. For later cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable to cover loss of availability.

  • Our standard setups use ground stakes and pegs. Installation on hard surfaces like hardcore or patios requires specialised solutions; please contact us to discuss site-specific requirements.

  • Yes, our awnings are made from high-quality, waterproof canvas designed to withstand the British climate.

  • Our structures are sturdy and event-industry certified. However, for safety, we monitor wind speeds and reserve the right to advise against use if conditions exceed safe operational limits.

  • Our awnings are built to professional event standards, generally capable of handling moderate to high winds (up to Beaufort scale 5-7), depending on the specific model and anchoring.

  • Yes you can certainly decorate your Canvas Awning. They look great with festoon or fairy lights. You can hang decorations from the wooden frame, provided they do not compromise the structural integrity, mark or damage the frame or canvas. We recommend using twine or cable ties. Please avoid pins or tapes.
