Collection from our Northumberland Workshop is free.

Or let us arrange a courier to deliver your items. Delivery of a Woodsman's Awning to the UK mainland is approx. £180.00

Are you close by? Local delivery is available on a price per mile basis. We'll delivery it to you ourselves. Just give us a ring to arrange this.

Return & Exchange Policy

14 day returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days (unless your order is bespoke). 

If you want to return products, send us an email at hello@canvasawningcompany.co.uk

no later than 14 days after you received it.

We will then contact you to confirm the return.

If you choose to return products, it is your responsibility to contact a transport company and pay the return transport costs. We will of course be happy to advise here.

Make sure the return products are carefully packaged. 

We recommend that you buy transport insurance. You are responsible for the return products until we receive them. Therefore make sure you save the tracking number/ postage reciept.

Canvas Awning Company does not accept return products which are irresponsibly or poorly packaged, used, destroyed, incomplete or unsellable. 

Refunds

When we receive your products we will check if their value has been reduced, after which we will refund you the eligible amount.

You may loose your purchase amount partially or fully if the value of the product has been reduced due to use, poor packaging, damage while in your possession, handling the product beyond what was necessary to determine the features and functionality of the product, etc.

Returns Proceedure

Goods which have been used cannot be returned without a valid reason (for example a manufacturing fault). We reserve the right to refuse any refund if the terms & conditions were not met.

If you believe your product is faulty please contact us immediately by email (hello@canvasawningcompany.co.uk) and/or phone (07708911817).

We may ask for details and photos to illustrate the problem.

We will then confirm by email before beginning the returns proceedure.


You are responsible for the goods until they reach us, therefore, it is important that you package them correctly and use a secure delivery method with adequate insurance to cover the value of the goods and that requires a signature upon delivery.
Once the goods are received, Canvas Awning Co. will inspect the goods and do quality control checks to confirm that the goods have not been used and that all items have been returned.
We will process a refund for the price which was paid for the goods excluding any delivery or collection costs incurred by us. We will charge you a 3% handling charge for the original cost of the goods within 30 days of the goods arriving back to us.
If the customer decides to return a bespoke  order, we reserve the right to refuse a request for any return or refunds once the designs have been approved and “signed-off” by the customer.
